Sourced from the renowned Horween Leather Co. tannery in Chicago, these veg-tanned Dublin leather scraps are ready for your next leather project. At 3-4 oz (approx. 1-1.5 mm thick), this leather is what we use to make our wallets. Dublin leather is one of our favorite materials because of its smooth, glossy surface, its suppleness, its unique color variations, and the way the leather takes on a beautiful patina over time. Soft enough to cut by hand with a utility knife, yet sturdy enough to withstand daily wear over time, this a great material for beginner and advanced leatherworkers alike.
