TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All products displayed on our site are available unless otherwise noted. Availability may change at any time and without notice. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued. Note: some of our products are Made to Order, as indicated in the product description. These items will take longer for us to process and ship.
AVAILABILITY + SHIPPING
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process and ship your order for In Stock items, and allow 2-3 weeks for us to ship Made to Order items unless otherwise indicated in the product description. If we are experiencing higher than normal order volume, you will be given an estimated delivery time when you place your order. The cost of shipping will be added to your order total upon checkout. We normally ship domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Note: Shipping cost DOES NOT include duties and taxes as these vary by destination country. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned item (in like-new condition), we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact us. We will send you an additional invoice in case of a price difference in your exchange. Items that have been customized, monogrammed or otherwise altered are non-returnable. You are welcome to make in-person returns or exchanges for items purchased online, and vice versa. Please notify us of your return in advance of shipping so that we may expect your package. All return packages must be fully insured and carefully packed. We will not issue a refund on items damaged in return shipping. We will not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items. All SALE purchases are final.

All of our products are guaranteed for craftsmanship. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced by us at our discretion. Please see our return policy above for return shipping your item.
We attempt to accurately represent our products through detailed item descriptions and images. Each leather piece is cut from a unique natural hide and therefore exhibits subtle differences in tone and texture. Due to inconsistencies in screen calibration, the exact colors of the products depicted on our site cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us if you would like us to provide you with additional images of a product before purchasing.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.winter-session.com/ (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
